Scope and nature of this notice

This page combines the Turkish personal data protection notice (KVKK), privacy and cookie policy, and website terms for visitors to asilport.com. It describes the current website. Separate notices may be needed for transport operations, customers or employees.

Reading this notice, browsing the site or following a link does not constitute blanket consent to all processing. Notice and consent are separate. Any new feature requiring consent must explain its purpose and offer a separate choice.

Information and collection methods

Cloudflare may process your IP address, request time, requested page, browser/device information and technical error or security signals to host and deliver the site. This network processing is separate from advertising tracking.

If you contact the business by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to share may include your name, business contact and company details, route, cargo information and correspondence. Share only what is needed. Do not send identity documents, payment cards, health information or unnecessary third-party data through general enquiry channels.

Online quote submission is currently disabled. Information typed in the form remains in temporary browser memory and is not a received or delivered enquiry. It may survive navigation within the site, but is lost on refresh or when the tab closes. Site search and the automated guide run on your device; their input is not sent to an external AI service.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical access and security information is considered under legitimate interests for site delivery, troubleshooting and preventing abuse, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f)).

Information needed for a transport enquiry you initiate may be processed under Article 5(2)(c) where directly necessary to establish or perform a contract. Necessary, balanced business contact with company representatives may fall under Article 5(2)(f). Mandatory legal obligations and establishing or protecting legal claims may require processing under Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e). Each ground applies only where its actual conditions are met.

The site does not create advertising profiles or make automated pricing or legally significant decisions about individuals. An enquiry is not treated as permission to send marketing messages.

Recipients and external services

Cloudflare receives technical access information for hosting, content delivery and network security. If you choose to contact the business, your phone, email or WhatsApp provider also processes the communication. Authorised business personnel may handle necessary enquiry information; legally required disclosures may be made to competent authorities.

Google Maps is not loaded automatically. Opening the map connects to Google and may transfer IP, device and request information or use Google's technologies. Social, WhatsApp and directions links open third-party services. You can contact the business by phone without loading the map.

GitHub hosts development source code; it is not an enquiry destination. No marketing pixel automatically sends site enquiry content to social networks.

International processing

Cloudflare's global infrastructure and optional Google, WhatsApp or email services may involve processing outside Türkiye. There is no promise that all data stays in Türkiye.

International transfers must be separately assessed against the applicable conditions and safeguards under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Publishing this notice does not establish that a standard contract has been signed or notified, or that a transfer safeguard has been completed. New form/notification infrastructure remains disabled until provider and transfer reviews are complete.

Retention and deletion

Quote drafts are not written to persistent browser storage. The automated guide clears its conversation when closed. The language cookie lasts one year; the theme preference remains until changed or removed using browser site-data settings.

Correspondence retention depends on the enquiry, any contract, applicable statutory requirements and the need to protect legal claims. When the lawful processing reason ends, deletion, destruction or anonymisation is required under applicable rules. There is no single indefinite retention period for all records.

Hosting/security logs depend on the provider's service and settings. An unverified day or year count is not presented as a fixed period. You can request the categories and retention information applicable to your data using the process below.

Cookies and device preferences

The application does not install advertising, remarketing or visitor-behaviour analytics cookies/pixels. Your language choice uses a functional cookie; theme selection uses local storage. Neither is used to collect advertising permission.

You can remove or block asilport.com cookies and site data in your browser; preferences may then need to be selected again. Cloudflare may use additional security cookies depending on enabled protection. Their presence and lifetime depend on the actual service. Google's own policy also applies if you load its map.

Security and privacy approach

The site uses HTTPS. The application does not place enquiry text in source code, URLs or analytics. Form submission is disabled in this release. There are no registration, password, payment or file-upload fields. The automated guide matches your text against site content; it is not a human support agent.

Avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If you identify a security problem or misdirected message, contact the business using the phones below; do not publish private information in social comments.

Your KVKK rights

Subject to the conditions of Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, you may ask the controller to:

• Confirm whether your data is processed and explain the processing, its purpose and whether use matches that purpose.
• Identify domestic or foreign recipients and correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
• Delete or destroy data where Article 7 conditions apply and notify recipients of corrections or deletion.
• Review objections to adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis and consider compensation for damage from unlawful processing.

Requests and contact

Send a signed written KVKK request addressed to ASİL PORT LOJİSTİK at the postal address in this page's business and contact section. Explain your request and reply address and provide the identity/contact information required by the applicable rules through a secure request channel. Do not place identity document copies in the site guide or public comments. Other legally available methods are governed by the Turkish Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller.

Requests must be handled as soon as practicable and within 30 days. They are normally free, subject only to additional charges allowed by the official tariff. If rejected, inadequately answered or unanswered in time, a complaint to the Turkish Board is available within 30 days of learning the answer and in any event within 60 days of the request; other legal remedies remain available.

[email protected] is the business's announced contact address. Receipt capability has not yet been technically verified; do not rely solely on it for time-sensitive formal requests. Use the written route. The listed phones can help confirm delivery/request arrangements.

Website terms

The site introduces logistics services and facilitates contact. Its content alone is not a binding quotation, transport contract, capacity reservation or delivery-time guarantee. Route, cargo, price, dates, liability and insurance must be separately agreed in writing, subject to mandatory law and applicable transport rules.

Rights in the branding, logo, text and design belong to their respective holders. Statutory permitted uses remain unaffected; unauthorised commercial copying or misleading brand use is not permitted. Logistics scenes may be illustrative and are not evidence of an owned fleet, facilities, certifications or customers.

Do not damage the service, obtain unauthorised access, submit misleading requests or infringe others' rights. External services operate under their own terms. Nothing here removes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or visitors' mandatory legal rights.

Updates and effective date

This version reflects the website as of 7 October 2026. Changes to processing purposes, providers or features require an updated notice and, where necessary, a separate choice. Changing the date alone does not supply required notice or consent for new purposes. Turkish is the source text; English is an informational translation.
